Setting Up a Signature on Yahoo! Mail

Your signature is an important part of who you are and gives you a great opportunity to promote your business.

Here’s how to setup your signature in Yahoo! Mail.

In Yahoo! Mail:

  • Select Options then Mail Options in Yahoo! Mail (near the top right corner on your Yahoo! Mail screen)
  • On the menu on the Left, Choose Signature.
  • Click Show a signature on all outgoing messages above the signature box.
  • Setup your signature:
    • This should include your name, phone number, and email.
    • It can include your website, Facebook Page or LinkedIn site.
  • When you go to leave the page, Yahoo! Mail will ask if you want to save the changes.
  • Click Save Changes.

Go to Yahoo! Mail and select New to create a new message.  Your signature block should appear in the email.
